no, because if you are still legally married you have to worry about practical concerns, such as filing taxes, getting credit, protecting your credit, etc etc etc
Yes you need to get a Divorce through the court system
Of course you do. You can’t get married without a license from the State – your church has no role in that, it only performs the ceremony. A legal divorce is necessary to undo the license and set the union aside.
Annulments do not affect the legality of a marriage in any way. You will still need to be divorced as well as annulled.
Yes, it is. Your marriage might be annulled in the church/to God, but it would not be t the state. You could get a secular annulment, but a legal divorce would still be necessary if you wanted to be independent people again without shared finances..

No. I recommend that you see a lawyer for taking care of it. There may be provisions in your state law to have the marriage legally annulled.
.
No, you still need a court divorce
Not legally.
If you get your marriage annulled through the court system then you are no longer married, and would have no need for a divorce.
If a church does some type of religious annulment of some sorts, and its not done through the court system then you are still legally married. Basically, if its not done in the courts, its not legal and you’d still be married.
