This is an interesting video. I would have never thought about using online evidence such as facebook or twitter. Many people “overuse” twitter and facebook, and many times, they are not even telling the truth. Privacy is a big issue; but I think that all status updates on myspace, facebook and twitter should be looked at upon a divorice trial. A person should know that twitter and facebook are public and anybody can see your status. If you post something there, it is not protected.
