How “messed up” can an ex-wife’s head be following divorce that she initiated and can she still have regrets?

That is, can she have regrets starting the divorce after a 27 year marriage that destroyed her nuclear family and having also noted that her ex-husband is doing just fine without her?

Yes, she can have regrets. A lot of times, people get that “grass is greener” syndrome and think their life will be so much better without their long time spouse. Once they get out there and sample the grass, they realize it is bitter, and wish they could get back over the fence.

she’d always have regrets. no one wants to have a broken home, and a failed marriage. she probably initiated the divorce as a form of retaliation for some misunderstandings she had with her husband, and probably had second thoughts after filing it..however, she knows it’s the point of no return. and seeing her husband does well without him only adds more insult to what is already painful at the start.

  3. Sounds like there is an avalanch of a story brewing under your question-let it out! We’re here to listen..what prompted this?
