I think the two of you need time and space to heal... after moving on, both of you could talk again like before just like it didn't happen. Well, if you don’t want to date her anymore, then obviously you are starting to get over her. Honestly I know exactly how you feel. I have been in the same exact situation.
My ex and I still talk. We are best friends, but that is it. You wouldn’t believe it, but things aren’t even weird or awkward, because of everything in the past. It is just like we are friends. Hope this helps!

We were mad for a little bit, but I'd have to say we are better friends now than we were before. Just try talking to her, a little at a time, and ***** some old jokes. If she's really a good friend and neither one of you did anything unforgivable (like kiss a best friend or something), she'll eventually come around. And just so you know, the blame is NEVER on just one party. Don't worry, true friends remain true friends no matter what.

A break up over a three year relationship is always hard. If youre sad that you didnt make her happy, thats just something that youre gonna have to get over. move on man.
